APR 1 4 1995 <br /> April 20, 1995 <br /> I <br /> City Council <br /> City Hall <br /> Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> Dear City Council: <br /> We are writing to voice our opinions about the proposal of a large retail store being <br /> constructed in Brentwood along Highway #169. We do not want this area of Elk <br /> River to be rezoned for commercial use! We do not want city sewer and water to <br /> extend further north on Highway #169. We do not want the traffic that would <br /> come with this type of development. <br /> It seems that there is ample room elsewhere in Elk River for any additional <br /> commercial development.
