Thegreatest amount
1500 of cars at Subway is generally between three-five(3-5) cars. However, there are
usually 1 or two (1 or 2) cars at a time.
• JACKSON As per the city on the newest site plan for the mall, we have created a median to
separate cars leaving the center versus cars going through the drive through.
STREET N.E. „ It is not definite that Subway will be leasing the end space, as we have had other
inquiries, one of them being Leeanne Chin Chinese Cuisine restaurant. It is our
hope that you would accept the drive through as per our site plan. But maybe we
MINNEAPOLIS could review the drive through as per tenant(s)who use spaces.
MINNESOTA We also have added some additional parking spaces for the center, which we feel
will be more than adequate to accomodate the mall. Thank you for your
consideration and time for allowing us to present this project to you. If there are
55413 any questions, please feel free to call me. Thank you.
612 - Sincerely
a
788-6840 /
Daniel P. chmann
FAX 612 ,
• - 789-0608
IIMMIMNIMMINM
•
