The submittal consisted of the following five plan sheets prepared by John <br /> Oliver and Associates with a revision date of October 14, 1993: <br /> • 1. Preliminary Plat <br /> 2. Preliminary Site Dimension Plan <br /> 3. Preliminary Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Plan <br /> 4. Preliminary Drainage and Grading Plan <br /> 5. Soils Map <br /> Based on our review, we would offer the following comments: <br /> A. PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> 1. Lots 1, 4 and 8 Block 2 are under 1.0 acre in area. <br /> 2. No building setback lines are shown on any of the lots. Therefore, it is <br /> impossible to tell if the proposed buildings shown on the site plan meets the <br /> City's setback requirements. <br /> 3. Outlot B should be deeded to the City and become part of the elevated water <br /> tower site. <br /> 1326 Energy Park Drive 4.
