Strikethreaghs to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />Planned unit development means a type of development characterized by a unified site design for a <br />number of dwelling units or dwelling sites on a parcel, whether for sale, rent, or lease, and also <br />usually involving clustering of these units or sites to provide areas of common open space, density <br />increases, and a mix of structure types and land uses. These developments may be organized and <br />operated as condominiums, timeshare condominiums, cooperatives, full fee ownership, commercial <br />enterprises, or any combination of these, or cluster subdivisions of dwelling units, residential <br />condominiums, townhouses, apartment buildings, campgrounds, recreational vehicle parks, resorts, <br />hotels, motels, and conversions of structures and land uses to these uses. <br />Plat means the drawing or map of a subdivision prepared for filing of record pursuant to Minn. <br />Stats. ch. 505 and containing all elements and requirements set forth in applicable local regulations <br />adopted pursuant to Minn. Stats. § 462.358 and Minn. Stats. ch. 50. <br />Platting authority means the city council. <br />Plumbing means all of the following supplied facilities and equipment in a dwelling: gas pipes, <br />gas -burning equipment, water pipes, steam pipes, garbage disposal units, waste pipes, water closets, <br />sinks, installed dishwashers, lavatories, bathtubs, showerbaths, installed clothes washing machines, <br />catchbasins, drains, vents, and any other similar fixtures and the installation thereof, together with all <br />connections to water, sewer, and gas lines. <br />Police cbiefineans the police chief for the city, or his designated agents. <br />Pg;;w� , i i e „;,, (., ,. <br />:.T.po;=as=.?-;il). <br />Preliminary plat means the preliminary map, drawing or chart indicating the proposed layout of <br />the subdivision to be submitted to the planning commission and city council for their consideration. <br />Premises, as used in article VI, division 5, subdivision lI, of this chapter, means a parcel of land <br />with its appurtenances and buildings which, because of its unity of use, may be regarded as the <br />smallest conveyable unit of real estate. <br />Premises, as used in article VI of this chapter, means a lot or plot with required front, side and <br />rear yards for a dwelling or other use as allowed under this article. <br />Preserved open space means a tract of land with a conservation easement over it that is used for, <br />but not limited to, agriculture, natural habitat, walkways (sidewalks) and pathways or recreation. <br />Primary facade means any building facade directly fronting a public street, park or the river. <br />Corner units shall have at least two primary facades. <br />Prinlinv shop means a facilin, for the reproduction of written or graphic materials on a custom <br />order basis for individuals or businesses including publishing, binding and engraving <br />Private recreational facility means a building, structure or open space designed as an accessory <br />recreational use to a permitted principal use.
