THAT THE BUILDING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR APPROVE THE DRAINAGE PLAN. <br />PLANTINGS AND TRASH CONTAINMENT; <br /> <br />2. THAT THE $75'.00 SITE PLAN REVIEW FEE BE PAID; AND. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE PARK DEDICATION FEE BE PAID. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER BARRETT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />City Council Public Hearing - Leonard Babinsky Site Plan Review <br /> <br />Mayor Hinkle opened the public hearng. <br /> <br />Don McRae. member of the Lion's Club questioned' whether or not it was <br />planned to have a road go through the proposed development into Lion's <br />Park. Mr. Rohlf stated that there were no such plans. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER ENGSTROM MOVED TO ACCEPT THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE THE SITE PLAN FOR LEONARD BABINSKY WITH THE <br />CONDITIONS AS STATED IN THEIR RECOMMENDATION. COUNCILMEMBER GUNKEL <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schuldt questioned which driveway was to be eliminated.
