EXACTLY WHERE THE DRIVEWAY ONTO 5TH STREET WOULD BE LOCATED, DISTANCE <br />FROM THE INTERSECTION OF 5TH AND HIGHWAY #169; <br /> <br />2. WHERE THE SEWER CONNECTION WOULD BE MADE; <br /> <br />, .
