<br />Page 3 <br /> <br />City Council Minutes <br />June 9, 1986 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Councilmember Engstrom questioned the phrase, "Without <br />significant risk to the City" in the City Attorney Dave <br />Sellergren's memo, and wanted to know just what risks were <br />involved in this type of arrangement. Ms. Drude indicated <br />that most any undertaking has a certain degree of risk <br />involved, but felt that Mr. Sellergren was referring to a risk <br />that might be involved if an error were made in the <br />documents. She stated that she felt that under the watchful <br />eyes of all parties involved, this risk was minimal. Ms. Drude indicated that the <br />paperwork would be written as such to protect the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Williams questioned whether or not <br />figure for legal, fiscal and administrative <br />accurate.
