Mayor Hinkle informed Mr. Niemuth that he should <br />contact the City Staff to start proceedings on correcting the matter. <br /> <br />The City Attorney indicated that this was not a basis for denial of the <br />conditional use. <br /> <br />Mr. Frank Miske of 10078 TWin Lakes Road indicated he did not agree with <br />the fencing proposed by Mr. Raudio. He noted the Planning Commission was <br />suggesting a six foot chain link fence. Mr. Raudio indicated he felt the <br />only way to be fair to all neighbors was to put in an adequate fence or <br />to make an allowance to each neighbor to provide their own fence.
