Mr. Kim Vickroy -4- June 17, 1994
• CONCLUSIONS
Three principal conclusions that we have established from this traffic analysis are:
. The school will be in operation from about 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. As such,
the school will generate practically no traffic during the late afternoon period
when traffic volumes on nearby roadways would be at their peak levels.
. Availability of bus service for students attending the school will significantly
reduce the trip generation from that which otherwise would occur.
. Traffic volumes on local roadways affected by the school will remain within the
normal range for residential streets, even if the school reaches an ultimate
enrollment of 300 students.
On an overall basis, we have determined that the proposed school will not significantly
affect the safety or ease of traffic movement on any of the nearby local streets.
•
•
