PAYMENT OF PARK DEDICATION BASED ON THE CITY'S <br /> COMMERCIAL RATE AT THE TIME OF FINAL PLAT. <br /> 5. A LETTER BE RECEIVED FROM ANOKA ELECTRIC <br /> STATING APPROPRIATE EASEMENTS HAVE BEEN <br /> PROVIDED ON THE PLAT TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR <br /> UTILITY NEEDS. <br /> 6.
