That item deals with the assessment <br /> 5oRvt e NC; for trunk sanitary sewer and water and the impact fee for storm drainage improvements. The <br /> current rate for trunk sanitary sewer and water improvements is $3,800 per acre. This will <br /> TRAFFIC be charged to the development either through the development agreement or through the <br /> assessment process currently underway. The storm sewer impact fee recently adopted by the <br /> 7RANSPORMANION City Council is $600 per acre.
