The actual <br /> signage shall contain only the name of the shopping center and specific identification for each of <br /> the major tenants. <br /> Individual tenant signage, on the front face of the building, shall be consistent with the "project <br /> development plans". For the Target Store, this includes a 7'-0" diameter "bulls eye" and 6'-0" <br /> high individual, internally illuminated letters. A "Pharmacy" sign with 2'-0" (approximately) <br /> internally illuminated letters shall be placed adjacent to the entrance. <br /> Signage for the other anchor tenant, Cub Foods, shall be compatible with both Cub's <br /> requirements and City approval. All signage shall be internally illuminated, individual letters. <br /> proposed signage includes the following: <br /> "Cub" approximately 10'-0" high <br /> "Foods" approximately 6'-0" high <br /> "24 Hour Savings" approximately 3'-0" high <br /> "Pharmacy" approximately 2'-0" high <br /> Fascia signs for individual retail tenants shall be for store identity only. Capitol letters shall be no <br /> larger than 32" high, lower case letters shall be no larger than 24" high. Signs shall be centered <br /> over the entrance doors to the tenant space, or the leased area, but in no case shall they extend <br /> closer than 3'-4" from the projected lease line. These signs shall be internally illuminated, <br /> individual letters placed on a 4"square electrical raceway, painted to match the brick facia. <br /> No signage shall be permitted on the sides or rear of the building, other than that required for <br /> • delivery identification or traffic control. <br /> Individual, pylon type signs will be permitted at designated outlots. These signs shall not exceed <br /> 10'-0" in height and 100 square feet in area. The actual design shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval of the City Planning Commission and Council. All other outlot signage shall conform the <br /> City requirements, and shall be subject to the Citys review and approval as part of the individual <br /> outlot development PUD process. <br /> Miscellaneous: <br /> Trash enclosures were inadvertantely omitted from the Phase One Development plans submitted <br /> for City review. The trash enclosures shall be constructed of decorative "rockface" concrete <br /> masonry compatible with the general architectural character of the project. These enclosures shall <br /> be screened from the public through the use of both planting and landscaped berms.
