SITE PLAN <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> • Consideration should be given to providing a circular vehicle pattern at the south end <br /> SURVEYING of the property. Currently, the way the parking and garage stalls are laid out, they <br /> provide for a rather difficult right turn movement and then a long dead end. A vehicle <br /> TRAFFIC could drive down to this point looking for a parking stall, find none available, and <br /> have a difficult time getting out without a long backing movement. It appears an <br /> TRANSPORTATION access could be provided immediately south of the sidewalk which would provide for <br /> a circular vehicle pattern while not sacrificing any parking. <br /> • The parking stall in the extreme southeastern corner will be very difficult to access. <br /> Backing out of that stall will be extremely difficult. The curb in this location should <br /> be reconfigured or the parking stall eliminated. <br /> • The extension of sidewalk to the south from the building terminates in the middle of <br /> a parking stall. The parking should be reconfigured in this area to allow for a walking <br /> space between parked vehicles to access the sidewalk. <br /> 1326 Energy Park Drive <br /> St.Paul,MN 55108 • The dumpster location at the north end of the building seems to be a rather poor site. <br /> Perhaps, given the size of the building, two dumpster locations should also be <br /> 612-644-4389 <br /> provided. <br /> Fax.612-644-9446 <br /> B. GRADING PLAN <br /> 0800 Shelard Parkway <br /> • The grading along the east side of the property shows a 3:1 side slope.
