The <br /> City reserves the right to revoke, amend, or impose <br /> additional conditions on the Facility or the Permittee <br /> at such time taking into account the advancement of <br /> scientific knowledge relative to the health effects of <br /> the Facility, the Permittees degree of compliance <br /> with current Permit conditions, and the criteria and <br /> standards of the City Code and Minnesota law. <br /> The undersigned, on behalf of the Permittee, represents and <br /> binds Permittee to the terms of this Permit, having fully <br /> examined this Permit and all materials referred to herein and <br /> agrees to all the conditions set forth. Each person signing <br /> below on behalf of the Permittee does so upon the authority of <br /> the Board of Directors of the Permittee, and a resolution <br /> documenting such authority is attached hereto. This approval <br /> shall expire two years from the date of City Council approval <br /> unless the proposed work described herein has been <br /> substantially completed or unless extended as provided in the <br /> City Code.
