The <br /> City reserves the right to revoke, amend, or impose <br /> additional conditions on the Facility or the Permittee <br /> at such time taking into account the advancement of <br /> scientific knowledge relative to the health effects of <br /> the Facility, the Permittee ' s degree of compliance <br /> with current Permit conditions, and the criteria and <br /> standards of the City Code and Minnesota law. <br /> The undersigned, on behalf of the respective Permittees, <br /> jointly and severally, represent and bind their respective <br /> Permittees to the terms of this Permit, having fully examined <br /> this Permit and all materials referred to herein and agree to <br /> all the conditions set forth. Each person signing below on <br /> behalf of a Permittee does so upon the authority of the Board <br /> of Directors of the respective Permittee, and a resolution <br /> documenting such authority is attached hereto.
