LITERAL ENFORCEMENT OF THE ORDINANCE WOULD CAUSE A <br /> CHANGE IN PROJECT DESIGN THAT WOULD BE LESS DESIRABLE . <br /> 2 . THE PROJECT IS UNIQUE BECAUSE IT IS DEVELOPED BY THE <br /> SAME CONTRACTOR AND HAS SHARED FACILITIES AND COMMON <br /> SPACE, SUCH AS PARKING. <br /> 3 . LITERAL APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE <br /> WOULD PREVENT COMPLIMENTING DEVELOPMENTS WITH SHARED <br /> PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FROM OCCURRING. <br /> 4 . THE VARIANCE WILL NOT BE INJURIOUS OR ADVERSELY <br /> AFFECT THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND WELFARE OF THE <br /> RESIDENTS OR NEIGHBORS, AND IS KEEPING WITH THE <br /> SPIRIT AND INTENT OF THE ORDINANCE . <br /> • <br /> 411 <br />
