A complete legal <br /> description is available at City Hall . <br /> ZONING/LAND USE <br /> Rlb (Single Family Residential) ; MR (Medium Density Residential) <br /> ATTACHMENTS <br /> • Location Map, Site Plan, Zoning Map, Property Owners List <br /> OVERVIEW <br /> Mr. Draxler is requesting a conditional use permit to construct <br /> an accessory structure greater than 1,000 square feet in size. <br /> The proposed structure would measure 28x42 ( 1, 176 square <br /> feet) . Elk River City Code requires that any non-agricultural <br /> accessory structure greater than 1, 000 square feet in size must <br /> go through the conditional use permit process . <br /> The accessory structure will be made of wood lap siding, and <br /> asphalt roof shingles to match the existing home. The <br /> structure will be located immediately to the west of the <br /> existing home and 46 1/2 feet from the neighboring lot line <br /> (see attached site plan) . <br /> Mr. Draxler has indicated that he will use the building <br /> primarily for storage of his band equipment. In addition, he <br /> has also stated that he will have a small hobby-type wood <br /> working shop. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
