We <br /> plan on only keeping the trailer on the land near our new home <br /> during the short period of time while we are building so we can <br /> remain in our community. <br /> It is our understanding that this request is consistent with <br /> the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Elk River. <br /> Since this is a strictly temporary solution to our needs, and <br /> will last under one year, we believe that our plan will not impede <br /> the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding vacant property. <br /> Because we will have our septic in place, our well in place <br /> and our garbage pick up and other services in place at the time the <br /> conditional use permit is granted, our temporary mobile home will <br /> be served adequately by and will not adversely affect the essential <br /> public facilities and services, including streets, police and fire <br /> protection, drainage, refuse disposal, water and sewer systems, <br /> parks and schools . <br /> Our temporary mobile home plan will not create traffic <br /> congestion or interference with traffic on adjacent and neighboring <br /> public thoroughfares . <br /> Our conditional use permit plan of having a temporary mobile <br /> 111 <br /> home placed on our property while we build our home will not <br />
