CITY OF ELK RIVER 1 '0,1-u; <br /> • AGREEMENT FOR ISSTANCE OF <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT D <br /> CONTECK ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 19938, by and between the CITY OF ELK RIVER, a <br /> Minnesota municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the <br /> City) , and CONTECK ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. , a Minnesota <br /> corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Permittee or <br /> ConTeck) , provides as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, the Permittee has contracted with Elk River <br /> Landfill, Inc.
