(11) Noise. Standards for noise levels at the property <br /> • lines are those established by the MPCA and incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> (12) Minimum Temperature of the After Burner. The minimum <br /> temperature for the operation of the after burner shall be <br /> as established by MPCA (1400 degrees) . Temperatures shall <br /> be continuously monitored with the results copied to City <br /> staff . <br /> (13) Stack Height . The City reserves the right to require <br /> the stack height for the Facility or an alternate facility <br /> to be raised if odor or emissions become a problem. <br /> (14) Increased Financial Burden to the City. ConTeck <br /> shall pay the City $3 , 000 per year to cover the estimated <br /> additional police time to patrol this area. <br /> (15) •General Provisions . The City reserves the right to <br /> inspect the Facility during normal operating hours .
