Resolution <br /> number 17-81, 2018 Compensation Plan,was approved by the City Council on December 18, 2017. <br /> When the city contribution numbers were transferred from the 2018 Flexible Benefits Plan into the 2018 <br /> Compensation Plan for Non-Organized Employees, the contribution amounts for employee + spouse <br /> and employee + child(ren) were transposed. This amendment request is to correct those amounts with <br /> the amounts from the approved 2018 Flexible Benefits Plan. <br /> The correction for item 16 under Insurance Benefits should read: <br /> Employees eligible for insurance benefits are eligible for participation in the city's Flexible Benefits <br /> Plan. The contribution levels shall be as follows: <br /> Health Insurance Election Monthl�ty Contribution <br /> Single $590.00 <br /> Employee & Child(ren) $1,080.00 <br /> Employee & Spouse $1,128.00 <br /> Family $1,545.00 <br /> Opt-out $300.00 <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The city contribution amount design is based upon the annual total budgeted amount for the Flexible <br /> Benefits Plan.
