<br /> <br />Item S.4. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Pat Klaers, City Administer <br /> <br />DATE: April I I, 2005 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Council Feedback on 2004 Annual Report Meeting <br /> <br />Overall staff was very pleased with the annual report document, the annual report <br />presentation, and the annual report city video. The annual report document serves as a <br />valuable reference and resource tool and the city video is becoming an attractive marketing <br />tool. The annual report presentation is an opportunity for the City Council to provide <br />feedback on upcoming activities. The annual report meeting is for both the City Council and <br />the public watching on TV. <br /> <br />One of our concerns over the annual report presentation was the length of the meeting. <br />Efforts were made to keep the entire meeting, video and presentations, to approximately two <br />hours. This goal was accomplished but some concerns have been raised that the <br />presentations lacked sufficient detail to be meaningful. In this regard, we may have <br />overcorrected from the May 3, 2004 presentation, which went for over three hours. <br /> <br />Council feedback on the 2004 annual report presentation and video is requested. <br /> <br />s: \ Council\Pat\200S \ W orksessions \AnnuaIReport.doc <br />
