(Veit) is pleased to submit the following designlbuild proposal for your future <br />soccer/football field at the Elk River Youth Athletic Complex ill Elk River, MN. Veit has teamed up with <br />Brauer & Associates, Ltd. (Brauer) for design and consulting services, and we will self perform the project <br />grading. Engineering Services: <br />· Initial site survey including preparation of an existing conditions topo. <br />· Preliminary construction/grading design and submittal for Parks Department plan review. <br />· Final grading design incorporation Park Department comments. Please note our proposed <br />design assumes suiface water management can be handled with minimal site grading <br />assuming on-site containment. <br /> <br />2. Erosion Control: <br />· Includes containment silt fence (est. 1,400 LF), rock construction entrance & street sweeping. <br /> <br />3. Site Removals: <br />· Includes silt fence removal and clearing/grubbing. <br /> <br />4.
