<br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL <br /> <br />PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> <br />The City of Elk River is currendy requesting proposals from qualified firms for the design <br />and construction of a 240' by 360' soccer/football field located at the Elk River Youth <br />Athletic Complex, 9950 165th NW, Elk River MN 55330. The site is relatively flat with <br />sandy, well draining soil. It is assumed that existing soil will be suitable for use. <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS <br />The qualified firm must have experience of building and designing athletic fields with a list <br />of references. References should be submitted to the city for review with this proposal. <br />Engineering and/or construction firms must specify which fields they designed built or both <br />designed and built. <br /> <br />Design/ Construction firms shall cover a minimum scope of the following items and shall <br />submit pricing in the following breakout for the cities review: <br /> <br />1. Engineering services to include at a minimum: <br />Survey topography, construction plan design and development, plan review, and plan <br />submittals. <br />Firm shall submit qualifications of key engineering personnel. ~ <br />$. le,200 ~ <br />. <br /> <br />2.
