City Administrator <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Gunkel. <br /> <br />2. Consider 11/16/87 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE 11/16/87 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />3. Consideration of 10/20/87 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />It noted the on page 3. under trash receptacles. it should state: "The <br />Mayor indicated that it is the City's revised estimate. which eliminated <br />overhead charges. the the total cost for trash receptacles would be <br />$11.500. and ..." <br /> <br />COUNCILM!NBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 10/20/87 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AS SUBMITTED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />Consideration of 10/22/87 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />It was stated by the Council that the cost of the print discussed on page <br />2 should be $85.00 instead of $75.00. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER <br />AS AMENDED. <br />PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE 10/22/87 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> <br />Consideration of 11/2/87 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO APPROVE THE 11/2/87 MINUTES AS SUBMITTED. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 3-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />No one appeared for this item. <br /> <br />5.1 Administrative Subdivision by Mr. Floyd Kruse/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel stated that Mr. Floyd Kruse is requesting an administrative <br />subdivision to divide approximately 19 acres into four lots within a <br />C-3A/Highway Commercial zone. <br />
