COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />COUNCILMBMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO TABLE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUEST BY MERRILL KAMPA UNTIL THE AUGUST 31, 1987 CITY COUNCIL MEETING. <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.14.Conditional Use Permit Request by D.J. Truck Sales/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened and closed the public hearing and stated that the <br />Planning Commission had tabled this request. <br /> <br />cOUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO TABLE THE CONDlTONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY <br />D.J. TRUCK SALES UNTIL THE AUGUST 31. 1987 CITY COUNCIL MEETING. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />6.15.Administrative Subdivision Request by Roger Eull/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel <br />acre lot from <br /> <br />explained that Mr. Roger Eull is requesting to split a 2.6 <br />85 acre parcel of property. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator indicated that the lot proposed to <br />be split off of the 85 acre parcel lies partly in an 1-1 zone and <br />partially in an A-1 zone. Mr. Rohlf explained that the Staff is <br />proposing a slightly different site plan than Mr. Barretts in order to <br />meet the 200 foot minimum frontage requirement. Mr. Rohlf further <br />indicated that the proposed house would be built on A-1 zoned property. <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter. Mayor Gunkel closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION <br />REQUESTED BY ROGER EULL FOR PROPERTY LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS (THE NW 1/4 OF <br />THE NE 1/4 EXCEPT RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 AND <br />THAT PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 LYING NORTHERLY OF THE RAILROAD <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY IN SECTION 11. TOWNSHIP 32. RANGE 26. SHERBURNE COUNTY. <br />MINNESOTA) CONTINGENT UPON THE 200 FOOT FRONTAGE REQUIREMENT BEING MET. <br />THAT A MINIMUM OF 1 ACRE OF LAND BE LOCATED IN A-1 ZONED PROPERTY AND <br />THAT THERE BE A TOTAL OF 2 1/2 ACRES OF LAND AND FURTHER THAT TWO NEW <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS BE PROVIDED AND $200 PARK DEDICATION FEE BE PAID. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />7.1.Bids for Bituminous Overlay <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel explained that the bids have been opened and tabulated for <br />the bituminous overlay project to consist of bituminous surfacing of <br />Lion's Park. Orono Park. City Garage. Baldwin and 173rd Avenues. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO AWARD THE BID FOR THE ABOVE STATED PROJECTS <br />TO BITUMINOUS PAVING. INC. AT A PRICE OF $71.468.55. COUNCILMEMBER <br />HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br />
