COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />Administrative Subdivisions <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding the replatting of property versus <br />administrative subdivisions to change lots in already platted areas. <br />Rohlf recommended not requiring a replat on residential. but do require <br />a replat on commercial. industrial and multi-family. Assessments were <br />discussed. Stephen Rohlf will continue researching this matter. <br /> <br />Prior Collection of Platting Fees <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE REQUEST TO COLLECT ESTIMATED <br />PLATTING FEES PRIOR TO PLANNING COMMISSION PRELIMINARY PLAT REVIEW. <br />cOUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
