Administrative Subdivision Request by Otto Baufield/Public Hearing Mayor Gunkel explained that Mr. Baufield would like to divide 75 acres into 4 parcels; 3 to be 10 acres each and the other 29 acres with approximately 16 acres being attached to an adjacent piece of property. She noted that the property is in an A-1 zone and the lot size and frontage requirements are being met and also 17 additional feet of easement will be dedicated to the County. Mayor Gunkel opened the public hearing. No one appeared for or against the matter. Mayor Gunkel closed the public hearing. SHERBURNE COUNTY. MINNESOTA. EXCEPT THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 36. TOWNSHIP 33. RANGE 26 WITH THE STIPULATION THAT $300 PARK DEDICATION FEE BE PAID TO THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AND THAT 17 FEET OF EASEMENT BE DEDICATED TO THE COUNTY. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. Administrative Subdivision Request by Gerald Jackson/Public Hearing Mayor acre the land meet Gunkel noted that Gerald Jackson is requesting to subdivide a 38 piece of propety into two parcels; one parcel being 2 1/2 acres and remaining parcel to be the remainder of the 38 acres.
