He handed Northstar logo ice scrapers <br />out to the Council. Mayor Klinzing thanked the county for their support. <br /> <br />William Boop, 19116 Troy Street-Provided a letter to the City Council and asked them to <br />contact him with a response. <br /> <br />7.1. Consider Proposal for a Private School Facility Project Pursuant to MN Law. Public <br />Hearing <br /> <br />Finance and Administrative Services Director Lori Johnson stated the Church of St. Andrew <br />is requesting tax exempt financing in the amount of $2.5 million for a school construction <br />project. She stated the city needs authorization to submit an application to the Minnesota <br />Department of Employment and Economic Development and to approve the issuance and <br />sale of revenue notes. She further stated the city would not be responsible for any debt on <br />this project. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />. <br />
