<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />TO RESOLUTION FOR VACATING DRAINAGE, UTILITY, AND SIDEWALK <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />Sidewalk/Trail Easement: <br /> <br />A 10 foot perpetual easement for trail purposes over, under and across Lot 1, Block 3, Elk <br />River Crossing, according to the recorded plat thereof, Sherburne County, Minnesota. The <br />east line of said easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence North 89 degrees 45 <br />minutes 06 seconds West, assumed bearing, a distance of 342.04 feet along the south <br />line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North <br />o degrees 23 minutes 18 seconds West a distance of 194.57 feet to the northerly line <br />of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />The west line of said easement shall be prolonged or shortened to terminate on said north <br />and south lines of Lot 1.
