<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />File No.: 01040-17971a <br /> <br />All that part of Lot Fourteen (14) of Auditor's Subdivision No. 3, (said Lot 14 being a part of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE 1/4 of NW 1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), <br />Township Thirty-three (33), Range Twenty-six (26)), and all of that part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township <br />Thirty-three (33), Range Twenty-six (26), South of the Railroad right-of-way, that lies west of <br />the following described line: Beginning at a point on the north line of the right-of-way of the <br />Meadow Vale road which is 230 feet northwesterly of the intersection of said north right-of-way <br />line with the west line of Lot 13 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 3; thence northeast 70 degrees <br />angle right for 120 feet to an iron stake, thence at angle right 76 degrees and 30 minutes to a <br />second iron stake a distance of 60 feet; thence north parallel with the east line of said Lot 14 of <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 3, a distance of 783 feet to the South line of right-of-way of the <br />Northern Pacific Railway, and there terminating.
