The agricultural research district is established for the purpose of preserving and <br />maintaining the use of land for agricultural research. <br />(b) Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the AR district are as follows: <br />(1) Roadside sales stands (in connection with approved agricultural research facilities <br />(2) Public Parks <br />(c) Accessory uses. Accessory uses in the AR district are as follows: <br />(1) Parking lots, <br />(2) Private recreational facilities <br />(3) Structures, accessory <br />(1) Garages and sheds <br />(d) Conditional uses. Conditional uses in the AR district are as follows: <br />(1) Agricultural research facilities <br />(2) Agricultural uses <br />(e) Standards. Additional standards in the AR district are as follows: <br />Landscaping shall be provided in accordance with article VI, division 5, subdivision IV, of this <br />chapter. <br />(2) Signage. In addition to complying with article VI, division 5, subdivision II, of this <br />chapter, the following requirements shall be met: One freestanding monument style sign <br />shall be allowed, not to exceed ten feet in height and 64 square feet in sign area. <br />(Ord.
