COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY SCOTT AND CHERYL RYAN TO SUBDIVIDE ONE FIVE ACRE PARCEL OF LAND INTO TWO 2" ACRE PARCELS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. THAT NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE AFFECTED PROPERTIES ARE PROVIDED TO THE CITY.
