Jerry McChesney Industrial Park Stated he was opposed to the <br />method of assessment based on the per acre basis used to determine <br />the sanitary sewer assessment. Mr. McChesney claimed this was <br />unfair to owners of large tracts of land. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Jack Mowry <br />assessment <br /> <br />McChesney Industrial Park - Opposed to the method of <br />based on a per acre basis as this is unfair to business. <br /> <br />3.
