Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consideration of Agenda <br /> <br />Administration items were moved between 3 and 4 on the agenda, and Item <br />6.2 - City Administrator Update was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />cmmCIl.JtOOtmlR TRALLI MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/27/88 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />4-0. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Consideration of 6/20/88 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/20/88 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES. <br />COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />5.1. Pay Estimate #2 to PCI <br /> <br />The City Engineer indicated that two change orders have been made to the <br />project: one for the Main Street Project and one for the Jackson Avenue <br />Project. The change orders are as follows: <br /> <br />Change Order #1 - Main Street <br /> <br />1) Downtown beautification items <br />2) Water service items <br />3) Water for dust control <br /> <br />The total cost of Change Order #1 is $64,470. This will not affect the <br />proposed assessments, as the beautification is factored in the original <br />cost, the water items are paid for by utilities, and dust control is <br />fundable by State Aid. <br /> <br />Change Order #2 - Jackson Avenue Project <br /> <br />1) Muck Excavation <br />2) Water for dust control <br />e 3) Insullation of water main facilities <br />
