Water Skiing Course on Lake Orono The Recreation Board concurred that a water skiing course on the north side of Lake Orono could be allowed provided it was not on a permanent basis. It was further decided that liability insurance must be provided and if problems do occur. these problems must be discussed with City Staff. It was further noted that this would not be allowed on the south side of Highway 10. Counci1member Dobe1 indicated that there are large stumps on the west side of the lake and indicated he did not want the City to be liable for any injuries. B. Phone Installation/Orono Park The Recreation Board concurred that a phone should be installed at Orono Park at a location convenient to both the softball people and the people using the park. C.
