Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. the meeting of the Elk River City <br />Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Gunkel. <br /> <br />2. Consideration of 3/21/88 City Council Agenda <br /> <br />The following items were added to the agenda: <br /> <br />5.3. <br />6.0. <br />9.1. <br /> <br />Fire Department. Grass Fire Truck <br />Dick Hinkle. Administrative Subdivision <br />City Administrator Update <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 3/21/88 CITY COUNCIL AGENDA AS <br />AMENDED. COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. <br /> <br />3. Consideration of 3/7/88 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER TRALLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE 3/7/88 CITY COUNCIL MINUTES AS <br />SUBMITTED. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Open Mike <br /> <br />Pat Rasmussen. <br />Counc il with <br />Commerce. to <br />Worksheet. <br /> <br />Elk River Chamber of Commerce President. presented the City <br />a check for $1.000 on behalf of the Elk River Chamber of <br />be used for the Highway 101 Environmental Assessment <br /> <br />Mayor Gunkel and Councilmember Tralle. Chairman for the Highway 101 Select <br />Committee. thanked the Chamber of Commerce for their generous contribution <br />and expressed the importance of the interest of the business community in <br />this project and the impact it may have on MnDOT and the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br />
