Paula Donnelly 1911 6th Lane - Opposed due to the possible impact on <br />family and property. The City does not know the affects of the RDF plant <br />yet and should wait before allowing anything else of this nature in Elk <br />River. <br /> <br />14. Tom Woods 544 5th Street - Opposed - Indicated his concern regarding <br />down time, what exactly is being burned, the total impact of Atlas and <br />RDF. Mr. Woods indicated he felt the people of Elk River should have had <br />a longer notice in order to research this further before the Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />15. Chuck Brady - 1522 Main Street - Opposed. <br /> <br />16. Ken Case - 12951 Meadowvale Road - Opposed. <br /> <br />17. Julie Soderberg - 13842 189th Avenue - Opposed - Questioned if the City <br />was planning any financial support to Atlas. <br /> <br />18. Tom Stall - 578 Tipton - Opposed. <br /> <br />19. Wendy Mordal - 1026 4th Street - Opposed. <br /> <br />20. Ken Williams - Owns three lots in Brentwood - Questioned how recent the <br />policy was regarding the burning of fetuses. <br /> <br />21. Bob Jones - 13504 Islandview Drive - Opposed <br /> <br />22. Bob Neary Stated he has a business in the Industrial Park and stated <br />he would not have come to the Industrial Park if Atlas was in operation. <br /> <br />23. Bob Saxon - 18044 Union - Opposed. <br /> <br />24. Dr. Howard Johnson 209 E. Main Street - Opposed due to dioxins, food <br />chain contamination and danger to children. <br /> <br />25. Jerry Schroeder - 13575 Islandview Drive - Opposed. <br /> <br />26. Ben Wallace - 29740 150th Street - Opposed. Questioned hospital wastes <br />and chemical waste. Also questioned size of incinerator. <br /> <br />27. Marilyn Brown <br />hospital wastes. <br /> <br />191st Avenue <br /> <br />Stated concern regarding infectious <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />Don Glussman <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />Buffalo <br />Opposed. Stated <br /> <br />Stated he is the president of Tescom <br />his concern for people working at Tescom. <br /> <br />29. Sue Farber 19404 Norfolk Avenue - Opposed. Stated her concern that <br />the City should have informed the people prior to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />30. Cathy Backus Opposed. Questioned where ash would be disposed of. <br />Would like to see a moratorium on burn plants. <br /> <br />31. Richard Hetland - 18810 Boston St. NW - Opposed. <br />
