Other Business <br /> <br />8.1 The City Administrator informed the Council that he had a discussion <br />with landowners in Area 3 regrading development of their property. <br />He noted that the discussion revolved around tax increment financing. <br />He indicated the landowners have a question as to whether or not this <br />can be used for site preparation if a project meets established City <br />goals. <br /> <br />8.2 The City Administrator informed the Council that Jones Intercable and <br />the Cable Commission are in court for technical reasons. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />8.3 Councilmember Schuldt informed the Council that he attended a land <br />development seminar sponsored by Larkin. Hoffman. Daly. Lindgren and <br />that he found it very informative. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />COUNCILMEHBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE COUNCIL MEETING. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SCHULDT SECONDED THE MOTION.
