He <br />indicated that the variance is requested in order to align the addition <br />wi th the existing school, and further stated that a similar variance <br />was approved in 1988 for the location of the temporary classroom units. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing for comments on the variance. <br />There being no comments regarding the variance, Mayor Tralle closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DOBEL MOVED TO APPROVE THE 15' <br />REQUESTED BY ST. ANDREW'S CHURCH TO CONSTRUCT <br />SCHOOL. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />FRONT YARD VARIANCE <br />AN ADDITION TO THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> <br />Arlon Fuchs indicated that the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />conditional use permit request of St. Andrew's and unanimously <br />recommended approval of the request with three stipulations. <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle opened the public hearing on the conditional use permit <br />request. There being no one for or against the matter, Mayor Tralle <br />closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT MOVED TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ST. <br />ANDREW'S CHURCH I N ORDER TO BU ILD AN ADD I T I ON TO AN EX I ST I NG SCHOOL <br />WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE TREES LYING TO THE NORTH OF THE PROPOSED ADDITION BE <br />TRIMMED TO PROVIDE AN ADEQUATE FIRE LANE 15 FT. IN WIDTH LINE. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE TEMPORARY CLASSROOMS SHALL BE SET BACK 20 FT. FROM THE <br />EXISTING BUILDING AND SHALL BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN UNTIL AUGUST, <br />1992. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE PROPOSED CLASSROOM ADDITION BE SET BACK 15 FT. FROM THE <br />PROPERTY LINE. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. She indicated that the home occupation would consist <br />of a bicycle repair shop in his garage. <br />
