Each year we
respond numerous times to assist our neighbors. Conversely, mutual aid was called to assist
our community 10 times in 2004. Mutual aid is an important piece in every fire department
puzzle. On behalf of the Elk River Fire Department, I would like to thank our mutual aid
partners for their assistance during'2004.
