BLUFF BLOCK DEVELOPMENT <br />- Approx. 10,000 sq. ft. commercial on first floor <br />along Main St. <br />- 60 to 68 units of for-sale housing <br />- 4 total stories <br />- Approx. 110 below grade parking stalls <br />- Connection to City with plaza on corner of <br />Main St. and Cty. Rd. 42 and potential <br />connection to river walk <br /> <br />. JACKSON BLOCK DEVELOPMENT <br />- Approx. 10,000 sq. ft. commercial on first floor <br />along Jackson Ave. and at the corner of Jackson <br />Ave. and Main St. <br />- 32 units rental housing <br />- 3 total stories <br />- Approx. 50 below grade parking stalls and <br />16 surface parking stalls <br /> <br /> <br />.
