<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CLOSED MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING COMMISSION <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER CITY HALL <br />TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 1991 <br /> <br />Councilmembers Present: Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Dietz, Kropuenske, <br />Schuldt and Holmgren <br /> <br />Planning Commission Members Present: Chair Johnson, Commissioners <br />Bischoff, Eberley, VanValkenburg and Nadeau <br /> <br />Planning Commission Members Absent: Commissioners Spotts and Schroeder <br /> <br />Staff Present: Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Tim Keane, City Attorney; <br />Terry Maurer, City Engineer; Cliff Skogstad, Building <br />Official; Terry Zajac, Building Inspector; Stephen Rohlf, <br />Building & Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Also Present: Jim Foster, Representative from FHA <br /> <br />The first area of discussion was in regard to what progress was made on the <br />corrections needed in Deerfield Third and Fourth. Cliff Skogstad reported <br />to the Council on this subject. <br /> <br />The next area of discussion was in regard to what further steps the Ci ty <br />should take regarding the problems created by Jerry Smith in Deerfield Third <br />and Fourth, including possible litigation. <br /> <br />The last area discussed was what steps the City should take to avoid similar <br />situations in the future. <br /> <br />Councilrnember Schuldt left the meeting at 6:50 p.m. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN SECONDED THE MOTION.
