It was the consensus of the Council to move the
sidewalk two feet closer to the roadway and avoid the need for an
easement. Mayor Tralle suggested that Utilities be contacted regarding
utility pole placement in the easement.

Lori Johnson informed the Council that she has researched the City's
Green Acres Policy and has found out that the City cannot force people
to pay interest. She indicated that the policy must be approved by
resolution and will be before the Council again for approval.

Lori Johnson informed the Council that the Health Insurance costs have
increased and therefore the City has gone out for quotes. She
indicated that the City has received eight quotes and is considering
three of them. She stated that a meeting was held with the City
employees, however, no consensus was reached. She further indicated
that this issue would be brought back to the Council on the 19th for
Council discussion and decision.

6.

Adjournment

There being no further business, 'COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO
ADJOURN THE MEETING.
