THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />:30 <br /> <br />!lLE?E~!!~~j9!LP.ElrJ.ajJli Il!LJ&_l 986Jco!lomic Recovery Grant <br /> <br />Discussion was held by the Council regarding an offer submitted by Roma <br />Tool and Plastics to restructure the 1986 Economic Recovery Grant. <br /> <br />COllNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO RE.TECT THE OFFER SUBMITTED BY ROMA TOOL <br />AND PLASTICS AND TO DIRECT THE MAYOR AND COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ TO MEET <br />WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF ROMA TOOL TO DISCUSS OTHER PROPOSALS FOR <br />PURPOSES OF RECOMMENDING A RESTRUCTURING OFFER TO THE COUNCIL THAT IS <br />ACCEPTABLE TO BOTH PARTIES AND THE STATE. COUNCILMEMBER SCHULDT <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTtoN CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Couneilmember Kropuenske indicated that although he is an officer and <br />stockholder of the lending institution of which Roma Tool is a <br />customer, he voted on the issue because it is a very important <br />communi t.y issue and further that. he does not feel it is a conflict of <br />interest. <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO <br />ADJOURN THE MEETING.
