<br />- <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL <br />HELD AT THE ELK RIVER PUBLIC LIBRARY <br />CLOSED SESSION OF THE COUNCIL <br />MONDAY, MARCH 18, 1991 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle, Councilmembers Schuldt, Kropuenske, Dietz, <br />and Holmgren <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Pat Klaers, City Administrator; Bill Rubin, Economic <br />Development Coordinator; Mike Mulrooney, Economic <br />Development Consultant; Tim Keane, City Attorney; Sandy <br />Thackeray, City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor Tralle called the meeting of the Elk River City Council to order at <br />6: 20 p. m. He explained that the meeting was a closed meeting for the <br />purpose of discussing potential Ii tigation in the matter of Roma Tool and <br />the outstanding loan of approximately $500,000. <br /> <br />After discussion of the above topic, Council directed Staff to set up a <br />meeting with Milo Hennemen and his attorney with City Staff and 2 Council <br />representatives to discuss options given for payment of the outstanding loan. <br /> <br />There being no further business, CQUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COUNCILMEMBER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />5-0. <br /> <br />The closed meeting of the City Council adjourned at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />This meeting has been tape recorded.
