COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br /> <br />The City Administrator updated the City Council on the personnel <br />consultant expenses. It was noted that the total expenses anticipated <br />to be paid to the personnel consultant will exceed the bid proposal <br />that was approved by the City Council. This overrun is due to <br />additional attendance at City Council meetings by the consultant and <br />additional meetings with the City Staff. Expenditures are anticipated <br />to exceed the bid by approximately $2,500. The City Council indicated <br />no concern with this overrun due to the quality of work that has been <br />produced by the consultant. <br /> <br />12. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER CITY COUNCIL. COUNCILMEMBER HOLMGREN <br />SECONDED THE MOTION.
