That § 30-1565, AR agricultural research district of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 30-1565. - AR agricultural research district. <br /> <br />(a) Purpose. The agricultural research district is established for the purpose of preserving and <br />maintaining the use of land for agricultural research. <br />(b) Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the AR district are as follows: <br />(1) Roadside sales stands (in connection with approved agricultural research facilities).
