That § 30-1293, I-2 medium industrial district of the City of Elk River Code of <br />Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 30-1293. - I-2 medium industrial district. <br /> <br />Purpose. The I-2 district is intended to accommodate more intense manufacturing and processing <br />than would be allowed in the I-1 district. Proposed uses would include manufacturing, <br />production, warehousing with heavy truck traffic and other uses which may generate nomina l <br />off-site impacts. <br />(b) Permitted uses. Permitted uses in the I-2 district are as follows: <br />(1) All uses allowed as a permitted use in the I-1 zone. <br />(2) Bottling and distribution facilities. <br />(3) Business offices. <br />(4) Dry cleaning establishments. <br />(5) Manufacturing, light. <br />(6) Microbreweries. <br />(7) Motor vehicle repair shops. <br />(8) Research and development facilities. <br />(9) Warehouse spaces. <br />(10) Wholesale businesses. <br />(1) Offices.
