Economic Development Authority Minutes Page 2 <br />November 20, 2017 <br />7.2 Debbie Huebner — Recognition <br />Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. <br />The EDA commended Ms. Huebner on being a tremendous asset to the city and her <br />many years of service to the EDA and Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />7.1 Elk River Meats - Recognition <br />Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report and played a WCCO broadcast video <br />recognizing Elk River Meats and their Viewers' Choice Award for their Happy Sticks <br />beef stick in Minnesota. <br />President Tveite presented Bob and Mary Robeck with a plaque and the EDA <br />congratulated the Robecks on their recognition and as being a long-established <br />business in the city. <br />6.1 Director's Report <br />Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. <br />6.2 TIF Policy <br />Ms. Othoudt presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Commissioner Wagner and seconded by Commissioner Olsen to <br />approve the Tax Increment Financing Policy as presented in the staff report. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.
